The Platform is owned and operated by Gold Sun One (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Individuals who are “incompetent to contract,” including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Gold Sun One or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from the Platform Owner.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Any unlawful or unauthorized activity

• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Violating intellectual property rights of the Platform or others

• Providing fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information

• Attempting to harm or disrupt the Platform’s operations

6. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) including applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify product prices, availability, and services without prior notice.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject such offers at our discretion.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Requests must be made within 10 days of placing the order.
If the order is already shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. You may reject the product at delivery.

Returns

We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
Certain categories may be non-returnable; such information will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment mode (UPI/Bank Transfer).

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective products within 10 days of delivery. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected or as mandated by law.

You may request account deletion via your profile settings or customer support.
Deletion may be delayed if there are ongoing transactions, disputes, or legal requirements.

Certain data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics and fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Sun One shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Sun One, its employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms

• Violation of applicable laws

• Misuse of the Platform

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• War, terrorism, riots

• Government actions

• Internet or network failures

• System breakdowns

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
