Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been processed or communicated to the seller

  • The shipping process has been initiated

  • The product is already out for delivery

If cancellation is not possible at that stage, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Once your cancellation or return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (or another method agreed upon during resolution)

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable

3. Exchange Policy

If you request an exchange:

  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report the issue to our customer support team within 10 days of delivery

  • After verification, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference

5. Return Timeline

You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In their original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
